- Q: How do I delete my contacts from your server?
- Q: Why must I have a Facebook account to use your
services?
A: We have integrated with Facebook Connect to make it quick and easy to use our service. Nearly everyone has a Facebook account these days and integrating
with Facebook Connect means you don't need to register a new account with us. Note: we never have access to your password - this is completely managed by
Facebook who provide us with a way to determine whether you have successfully logged in or not.
- How do you keep my contact information secure?
A: All contact information is stored in a secure database that employs the best security techniques available. This includes protecting the database using a
Firewall with tightly controlled access. Access to your contact information requires a fully authenticated Facebook session. We recommend that you use a high quality

- Will you sell my contacts' information?
A: Absolutely not. We promise to never share your data with any other company or person except for the direct provision of
services relating to the My Contacts Everywhere application. Lynapps LLP is a registered company in the United Kingdom and is listed as with the UK Data
Commissioner. We are bound by law to keep your information secure and to only use it in line with the purpose it was provided.
- Why can't I synchronise my contacts back onto my
iPhone?
A: We have designed the My Contacts Everywhere application to give you flexible access to your contact information. This includes allowing you to access your
contact information on someone else's iPhone. In this scneario your friend probably wouldn't appreciate all your contacts being added to their phone! If you need to
resynchronise your contacts then please use the iPhone restore tool in iTunes.
